I wish to make a google review for Instant solar located in Black town SYdney, NSW australia. the workers were on time, well dressed mannered and polite, the lead sparky explained everything, they showed me at my request all the products for me to veryfi that they were were all genune parts, i even inspoected the roof top work which was outstanding, clean and precise install with everything lining up precisely. dealing with Sam the Co Owner sales and Electrician was a great experience, eh was in no way pushy, and not a single dodfgye fomo sales tactic was mentioned. He was extrmely polite yet gave me direct answers. helping me figure out which system i should go with. i would recommend INstan solar, great sales, great workmanship and also great after slaes support if you should need it. They are not the Cheapest, yet they are not the most expensive. however they are worth every dollar. I ha anissue with a witch borad plug, that evening around 7, called Sam, i told him it wasnt urgent it was my oven I could wait till tomrrow or another day, i cook on stove top mostly you see. now he pffered to come and fix it straight away seeing as i had kids to feed, howver like isaid i used stove top. well Kiyarn was here the next morning before i even woke up fixing the problem and styed back to ensure there ere no more problems before leaving. just absolute quaity service, the part was a faulty part, just so you now. Sam (co-owner, salesman, and electrician) was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was extremely polite, professional, and never once used pushy or dodgy FOMO sales tactics. Instead, he gave me clear, direct answers and genuinely helped me work out which system would best suit our needs. Dealing with him felt like working with a trusted friend rather than a salesman. On installation day, the team arrived right on time, well-dressed, well-mannered, and respectful. The lead electrician took the time to explain everything clearly. At my request, they showed me all the products so I could verify they were all genuine, high-quality parts. I even climbed up to inspect the rooftop work — it was outstanding. Everything was clean, precise, and perfectly aligned. You could tell they take real pride in their workmanship. I highly recommend Sam and the team at Instant Solar. We had a 6.65kW system installed by Sam back in Nov 2025, and then got them back to put in a 15kWh battery in Feb 2026. Honestly a fantastic experience from start to finish. Mandie in the office was absolutely brilliant and made getting everything booked in a breeze. Sam came out to do the quote and was clear and transparent from the beginning. Their pricing is competitive. The install work itself is top notch. All the team on site were respectful and friendly. Everything was installed neatly with all the cables perfectly run neatly and out of sight. The system has been running flawlessly with zero issues. I had a couple of questions after the battery went in, and Sam was on it straight away with remote support. He took the time to explain things and even adjusted some of the parameters to better suit how we use the battery. The Elekeeper app is great and gives you clear data. The numbers speak for themselves. Even before the battery, just having the solar cut our bills by 64%. Now with the battery we are sitting at 75%-85% self sufficiency.
